Pauz is built by a small team. Most help requests go straight to the person who wrote the code. Write in plain language, attach a screenshot if useful, and expect a reply within two business days (UTC+2).

Skim the FAQ.

The homepage FAQ answers the most common ones: what Pauz does that Screen Time does not, why there is no Android version, and whether earned time is gamification.

Include the basics.

iOS version, iPhone model, what you were trying to do, what happened, and a screenshot if it is something you can see.

Billing and Pauz Plus

Cancel Pauz Plus.

Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pauz. Apple handles the cancellation. The app keeps working for free.

Refunds.

Apple processes refunds directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have access to your billing on our side.

Change billing region.

Change it in your Apple ID. Pauz Plus follows whatever region your App Store account is set to.

Account and data

Delete my data.

Uninstalling Pauz deletes everything stored on your device, because nothing leaves it. The only server-side record is a 12-hour push-relay entry that expires on its own. To delete it sooner, see the Privacy page.

Export my data.

Settings → Export inside the app produces a JSON file with your identity statement, tasks, and override history. Open it on your device and share to wherever you want it.

Family Controls authorization stopped working.

iOS occasionally clears the authorization after major updates. Settings → Screen Time → Pauz → Re-enable. If it still fails, write in with your iOS version.
